Always with the order you place, we send you a mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the route of the parcel until you receive it. In case you have not received any such mail, we suggest you check your spam folder. If it is still not there, please contact our store by phone.

We dispatch your parcels daily. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the nearest weekday. Once the parcels are picked up by our partner company, ELTA COURIER, it is beyond our control to check the route and the time it takes for them to reach their destination. With the tracking code, you can track where your order is located.

If, when you placed your order, you selected pickup from the store, your parcel will be waiting for you for the next 3 working days. Then it is automatically cancelled. 

Due to the particular nature of our products, in case the recipient's details are not filled in correctly during the order, and the payment has been selected to be made by REFUND, it is cancelled.

For orders we use the services of ELTA COURIER which serves almost every corner of Greece.
Our parcels are packed in a paper box inside a bag with the ELTA COURIER insignia. The sender appears to be Kush All Day.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to send orders that are not received. If you want to reorder in this case you will have to pay by card.

You can certainly pay by cash on delivery when your order is brought to you but we give you the opportunity to save the costs of transport and cash on delivery if you pay by card or bank deposit. 

According to the legislation, the seeds we sell are not intended for planting as cultivation is not allowed in the country.
But we try to keep our seeds at 4 degrees Celsius in the best conditions in case you want to grow them in another country.

Our seeds always come in their original packaging from the producer so you don't need to have the slightest doubt.

For some inexplicable reason, we face this question too often when we shouldn't. The choice is a personal matter and depends on the tastes of each individual.
We don't know you personally so we can't recommend what to get unless you give us more information about what you're looking for.

According to the legislation, cannabis products containing even 0.2% thc are intended for technical use only and not for human consumption.

Unfortunately you can't do that. We do not accept changes to any product.
