At the end of March 2025, the Government Gazette published a decree stating:
'The inclusion of chemically analogous molecules of the substances D9-tetrahydrocannabinol (D9-THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), which have psychotropic effects, in Table B of paragraph 1. 2 of Article 1 of the Code of Laws on Drugs (Law 3459/2006, A 103), as amended by Law 3459/2006, A 103. 4139/2013.
The substances and compounds mentioned above include, but are not limited to, the following:
Tetrahydrocannabioctyl (THC-JD), tetrahydrocannabinol acetate (THC-O), tetrahydrocannabiphorol (THCP), tetrahydrocannabiphorol acetate (THCP-O), tetrahydrocannabiphorol acetate (THCP-O), tetrahydrocannabihexol (THCH), tetrahydrocannabutol (THCB).
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
